platform architecture, design catalogue system, pricing structure, and all associated business processes are protected
intellectual property. Any unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or replication — in whole or in part — is
strictly prohibited and will attract civil and criminal liability under Indian IP law.
1. Copyright & Ownership
All jewellery designs, product photographs, SKU codes, catalogue data, pricing information, and platform content on Global Chain™ are the exclusive property of 2wist Designs™ and Global Chain™. Curators are licensed (not sold) the right to market and sell these products through the Global Chain™ platform only. No curator may reproduce, sell, or share the catalogue, photographs, or design details outside of authorised Global Chain™ channels.
2. Curator Agreement
By joining Global Chain™, every curator agrees to: (a) Market designs exclusively via Global Chain™ approved channels; (b) Not share or forward catalogue images or pricing to non-curators; (c) Not approach 2wist Designs™ or any supplier directly to circumvent the platform; (d) Maintain customer confidentiality; (e) Not impersonate Global Chain™ or 2wist Designs™ in any communication. Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination and may attract legal action.
3. Business Model Protection
The Global Chain™ curator reseller network model — including the free trial structure, design selection system, margin model, and subscription tiers — is proprietary intellectual property. Any person or entity that replicates, copies, or adapts this model for commercial use without written consent from Global Chain™ will be liable under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable commercial law.
4. Privacy Policy
Global Chain™ collects curator name, phone number, city, and sales channel information solely for the purpose of operating the curator portal, processing orders, and providing support. This data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. Curators may request deletion of their data by contacting corporate@globalchain.in.
5. Order & Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Orders are fulfilled by 2wist Designs™, Jaipur within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Global Chain™ is not liable for courier delays. Returns are accepted only for transit damage or wrong item dispatch, subject to photographic evidence submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. By using Global Chain™ you agree to these terms in full.
